Fainting Goats
We specialize in Mini Silky Fainting goats as well as Mini Myotonic Goats. All our goats are tested annually through WADDL at WSU in Pullman, for transmissible diseases. We are a closed herd, and free from CAE, CL, and Jonnes.
Before our interest in registered fainting goats, we had dairy and non-registered myos for meat. We decided that showing goats may be fun, so we bought our first registered myos from Jari Frassenei in 2019. Since then Jari has been an amazing mentor to Anna, as well as an awesome friend! When Anna doesn't know the answer to things, she can depend on Jari's wealth of knowledge!
All of our goats are either registered with Mini Silky Fainting Goat Association (MSFG), the Myotonic Goat Registry (MGR), and some are even dual registered! Our animals make great family pets as well as show goats. We breed them for the enjoyment of the fainting breed, as well as for the love of the animal. Fainting goats are quite quirky and even more silly than other miniature breeds. They are very inquisitive and loving too. Our Silky fainters are even more special, as they have long soft and silky hair. They are the Rapunzel of fainting goats!
We are proud members of the Myotonic Goat Registry as well as the Mini Silky Fainting Goat Association. For more information on these breeds, feel free to ask us any questions. You can also check out the registries at the links below!
